In addition to the areas of our business where we deploy the use of assessment, we offer assessment services to coaches. We partner with our coaching clients delivering skill and experience in administering and intepreting the leading assessment tools used to provide insight for:
- Coaches looking to enhance their understanding of their clients strengths and development challenges use our 3rd party assessment services. Our coach to coach clients benefit from our expertise in administration and scoring of top assessment tools. Partner with us, we will administer the assessment and guide you through how to leverage the results in the work you do with your clients.
- HR organizations who need a neutral third party to administer, score, and interpret assessments for the work they do with internal coaching clients or talent management strategies and proceedures to achieve specific goals.
